Shipping and Delivery within UK
Depending on size and weight of Item/s, goods could be sending by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or private courier.
We can store for a reasonable (*) period of time goods free of charge previous date and collection agreement between purchaser (buyer) and seller (us).Any change to this agreement must be notified and acknowledge by us through email. Storage place availbility is limited.
We can arrange deliver nation-wide and export to any Country in the world. Accordingly full delivery quote, duty, insurance, and any other charges that delivery could require.
We can deliver items (for an agreed charge) within 100 miles radius
of Poole and for all other areas within UK.
Occasionally we can offer free delivery within 20 miles from our address.

We use Royal Mail guide to set up postages fee.

Credit card payments are accepted by telephone or
secure on line order form. All details will be confirmed to you by Email.
When your order has been placed and payment made you will
receive a confirmation E-mail and your order will be dispatched according

Items damaged in transit must be reported to us with the documented
evidence and, if possible, photographed within 24 hours - please contact
us by telephone or Email. All original packaging must be kept which
will enable us to process a successful compensation claim from the carriers /shippers.
Taxes
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which
are normally charged at point of entry.
These charges are paid by the purchaser.
Returns
We offer a full refund on any returned items excluding any delivery
or shipping costs. All postal charges, courier and shipping costs for returns
are at the purchasers own expense and in addition all
packing, shipping, delivery and insurance costs are non-refundable
